1: Delivery
Please note that all delivery times are based on estimates provided by the suppliers/manufacturers that we work with. Whilst we always try to ensure that equipment ordered from us is delivered on time as stated, sometimes delays can happen and this falls with our suppliers and we cannot be held responsible. However we always work with our suppliers to make sure it is delivered at the stated ETA, but on some occasions this is not guaranteed, especially if it is something that is beyond our control.
2: Data
Data from customers is used by us only for the purposes of processing and delivering orders. Any data supplied to us will be used for this purpose. This data includes your name, billing information, delivery address, contact details (email address, phone number) and payment information.
3: Pricing & Payment
The prices listed on the website are all subject to change without notice. The price paid during the time of the order will be the price at the time the order is placed.
Once you place an order with us upon receiving a purchase order, or when placing it over the phone or online you agree to be charged the agreed amount quoted for the products you want to order.
4: Products & Services
We sell commercial catering equipment (Our products), all products we sell are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
5: Changes to terms.
We, Menterprise catering reserve the right to modify or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately once published on our website. Your continued use of our website or purchasing of products or services from us after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
